RETURNS

All returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by a Return Authorization. Please call Customer Service at 207.221.6807 or email orders@chartmetalworks.com to obtain a Return Authorization and return shipping address.

PETITE COLLECTION

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your CHART metalworks PETITE COLLECTION purchase, you may return for online merchandise credit, exchange or refund less the shipping charges within 60 calendar days of purchase. Refunds can only be made to original purchaser. Gift recipients are eligible for online merchandise credit or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by a Return Authorization. Please call customer service at 207.221.6807 or email orders@chartmetalworks.com to obtain a Return Authorization and return shipping address. All returns must arrive within 60 calendar days of purchase, unworn, in original packaging, accompanied by original sales receipt and Return Authorization. Unless returning a defective piece, CHART metalworks is not responsible for return shipping. CHART metalworks is not responsible for items lost in transit and recommend using a trackable and insured mail service. Defective claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt. If shipping defective product back to CHART metalworks, customers should choose the same service as when the product was delivered and insure the item for full value as CHART metalworks is not responsible for returns lost in transit. If item is defective, CHART metalworks will credit back any return shipping charges to original payment method and repair/replace and reship item free of charge. CHART metalworks cannot accept returns purchased at CHART metalworks authorized retailers, please return to the original point of purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date that the package is received to fully process your return. We will email once your return or exchange has been processed. We cannot make a change to a return/exchange/refund once submitted.

CUSTOM PIECES

Due to the custom nature of CUSTOM PIECES, all sales are final unless defective due to the efforts of manufacturing. We cannot accept returns of CUSTOM PIECES unless defective due to the efforts of manufacturing. CUSTOM PIECES defective due to the efforts of manufacturing will be repaired/replaced free of charge. REPAIRS

CHART metalworks warranties all chains, findings and bezels against defects of the manufacturing process for one year from time of purchase and will repair/replace defective items free of charge within this timeframe. Warranty repair returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by a Return Authorization. Please call customer service at 207.221.6807 or email orders@chartmetalworks.com to obtain a Return Authorization and return shipping address. Warranty repair returns must arrive within 1 year of purchase accompanied by original sales receipt and Return Authorization. When shipping warranty repair returns back to CHART metalworks, customers should choose the same service as when the product was delivered, safely package and insure the item for full value as CHART metalworks is not responsible for returns lost in transit. If item is under warranty, CHART metalworks will credit back any return shipping charges to original payment method and repair/replace and reship item free of charge. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date that the package is received to fully process your return. We will email once your return or exchange has been processed. We cannot make a change to a return/exchange/refund once submitted. CHART metalworks may determine to replace item or damaged component free of charge without requesting return of original product. CHART metalworks does not warranty against excessive wear and tear, for example the chain is exposed to excessive force and breaks or the metal is exposed to harsh chemicals and adversely affected. We are not responsible for routine cleaning of the jewelry, please follow our take care instructions provided in the packaging and found within our FAQs page. We are happy to repair items outside of the one-year warranty or damaged due to excessive wear and tear for a small fee plus shipping and handling. Non-warranty repair returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by a Return Authorization. Please call customer service at 207.221.6807 or email orders@chartmetalworks.com to obtain a Return Authorization and return shipping address. CHART metalworks is not responsible for return shipping of non-warranty repair returns or responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend you safely package the item and use a trackable and insured mail service. CHART metalworks may determine to replace item or damaged component without requesting return of original product for a small fee plus shipping and handling. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date that the package is received to fully process your return. We will email once your return or exchange has been processed.
