PAYMENT
Chart Metalworks accepts most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and we are also able to process payments through PayPal. VARIATIONS Our jewelry and accessories are handcrafted with multiple types of metals and hand-poured with boater’s resin. Pieces may vary slightly.
 
CARE
Included with each item is a Love and Care card with suggestions on how to keeping the item in its best condition. Additional information can be found in our FAQs which can be found in the footer of this CHART Metalworks website.
 
WARRANTIES and REPAIRS
Chart Metalworks warranties all chains, findings and bezels against defects of the manufacturing process for 1 year from the time of purchase. We will repair or replace defective items free of charge within this timeframe. A paid return label will be provided and sent via email, if applicable.
 
We do not warranty against excessive wear and tear. Examples of this include: If the chain is exposed to excessive force that causes breakage. If the metal is exposed to harsh chemicals and adversely affected. We are additionally not responsible for routine cleaning. Please refer to our Love and Care card enclosed with each item. We additionally include a polishing cloth for bronze and sterling silver items.
 
We are happy to attempt to repair items, outside of the 1-year warranty, from damage due to excessive wear and tear for a fee plus shipping.
 
All returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by a Return Authorization. A Return Authorization can be obtained by calling us at 207-221-6807 or via email at [email protected]
 
CUSTOM DESIGN POLICIES
Initial proofs of artwork will be emailed within 1-2 business days from receipt of your order to the email address provided on your order. Any revision to these initial proofs will be provided in the same manner with 1 business day from your edit requests.
 
Once we have received your final approval via email, we will begin manufacturing your piece. You can expect us to ship within 1-2 weeks from this approval. We do offer a Manufacturing Rush option which can be selected at checkout which would then reduce the delivery time to 1 week. See our FAQs page on this website for shipping options.
 
CHANGES and CANCELLATIONS of ORDERS
Upon your email approval of our designs through the proofing process noted above, we immediately begin manufacturing. Therefore, upon approval, no cancellations or changes can be made to your order unless confirmed by us at the workshop. If you would like to discuss a possible change, please call us at 207-221-6807 so we can do what we can to accommodate. If the product is too far along in the process it may be declined.
 
RETURNS
Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our pieces, all sales are final unless the item is defective from our manufacturing process.
